BAU 2019: Successful start to the new year

A new trade fair concept and innovative sliding solutions ensured that there was a full house at BAU in Munich. In the spotlight: Hawa Suono – sliding with soundproofing. An impressive appearance!

New products and an innovative trade fair concept attracted many specialist visitors to the trade fair booth on this occasion. «An extremely successful start to the new year», stated Ezequiel Di Claudio, Sales and Customer Service area manager at Hawa Sliding Solutions AG. Many specialist visitors seized the opportunity to take the new product tour under expert guidance, and also carried out discussions with the Hawa sliding specialists and among themselves. «The finest of technical communication», said Di Claudio.

At BAU, Hawa Sliding Solutions covered the entire bandwidth of applications from the façade to the hotel room, the home office and modern living ambience.

In the spotlight – sliding with soundproofing
The HAWA Suono 100 sliding system made its début with patented 3D movement and certified soundproofing of up to 39 decibels at BAU. It was a real crowd-puller on the booth, as a presentation model that is already ready for delivery and as a prototype with synchronous movement of two sliding doors.

Other highlights at BAU 2019

• On façades: HAWA Frontslide 60/100/140 for manual and automatic sliding shutters made from wood, metal or alloy up to 140 kg and HAWA Frontego 30 matic, the automatic hardware system for flush-fitting folding sliding shutters up to 30 kg.
• In buildings: EKU Porta for creative room design with glass doors weighing up to 100 kg and HAWA Junior 80 B Pocket, for elegant wall pocket solutions made from wood weighing up to 80 kg.
• On furniture: The new HAWA Concepta and HAWA Folding Concepta product generation for furniture fronts that can be slid in from the side.
